Are You Closed for Summer Holidays?

The summer holidays are approaching, and we would like to remind you to inform your local freight carrier if your company will be closed during the summer period.

If we do not receive notice that you are closed for the holidays, your shipments will be delivered as usual. If your company or one of your customers is closed, we will register the shipment as a delivery attempt and return it to the freight terminal. The goods will then be placed in our “hold for pickup” section, where they will remain for five working days before being returned to the sender.

If your customers are closed, we recommend that you wait to ship the goods until they have reopened.
