The consignee’s copy of the delivery note is phased out

As of 11 June, you will no longer receive a copy of the delivery note when we deliver an item to you. On a daily basis, we process more than 43,000 shipments which means that, on a yearly basis, we print 9 million copies for our consignees. This is a strain on nature and our environment which we would like to avoid and this is the reason why we now phase out this service. However, you can always receive a copy of the delivery note from your consignor.
