Postal License
Danske Fragtmænd holds a postal license and is therefore subject to the Danish Transport Authority's requirements to publish delivery quality and complaints.
From January 1st to December 31st, 2025, 96.38% of our parcels up to 20 kg were delivered next-day. We define next-day delivery as the proportion of shipments delivered to the recipient on the first working day after pickup. This information is based on scanning data and covers all shipments during the period.
Below, we present the distribution of complaints for the same period.
