Will you be closed for the holidays between Christmas and New Year?

Remember to notify us if you’re closing for the holidays.

Christmas and New Year are approaching, and we would like to remind you to inform our customer service at kundeservice@fragt.dk or your local freight carrier if you will be closed for holidays between Christmas and New Year.

If we do not receive notice that you are closed, we will deliver your shipments as usual. If your company – or one of your customers – is closed, we will register the shipment as a delivery attempt and bring it back to the freight terminal. The goods will then be placed in our “restante” area, where they will remain for two days between Christmas and New Year before being returned.

If your customers are closed, you should wait to send the goods until they are back.
