When you outsource the warehouse function of your company to us, you do not have to worry about a lack of space, location or delivery. Inventory management with full integration to your system
All our warehouses use the NYCE warehouse management system.
This means that you get a solution where everything from receipt of orders to pick and pack is completely automated, streamlined and uniform, regardless of whether you choose a warehouse hotel on Zealand, Funen or in Jutland.
The inventory management system also provides access to logistics analyses of the flow of inventory, activity as well as of information. Our KPI reports provide an accurate overview and minimise waste. And you can always check the current inventory online via our web portal.
We offer full EDI integration, regardless of whether you use Navision, C5, SAP or another ERP system. That way, you can streamline and track everything from receipt of orders, receipts, status, adjustments and inventory - although your warehouse is outsourced.
We have room for your growth
Whichever of our warehouse hotels you choose, we have the capacity that allows your inventory to grow. We have 200,000 square meters of warehouse hotel spread across the country. Therefore, we can quickly scale your agreement up or down and we guarantee that your costs follow your use. Our rental and handling costs are flexible which means that you only pay for the warehouse space and staff resources you use.
It is also possible to buy into an agreement that includes shipping. Because we also have Denmark's largest distribution network which allows us to reach your customers easily and quickly.
We have facilities for both food and televisions
Whether your company sells food or televisions, you can easily outsource your inventory to us. We have all the necessary permits to allow us to store and process both food, fragile and hazardous goods strictly by the book.

Do you offer integration?×
Providing a clear answer as to the cost of using our warehouse hotel is rather difficult, as this depends on the needs of the individual company, the location of the warehouse hotel, the type of product, and the like.

How often do you pick and pack goods?×
We use the NYCE inventory management system which is a Swedish system with more than 30 years of experience in inventory management.
What do I do if I don’t have a shipping agreement?×
To ensure a good flow in your shipments, we usually pick and pack between 8.00 - 16.00 on all weekdays. Depending on your needs, we can also pick evenings, nights as well as weekends.
I already have a shipping agreement. Can I keep it?×
Not having a freight agreement is no problem. We can easily help you ship your goods safely. We have Denmark's largest nationwide distribution network. We also work with DAO if this is a better fit to the needs of your company.
Do you also send packages abroad?×
You can either keep your own shipping agreement or use DAO, with whom we collaborate. We are also happy to provide a good offer on shipping via our own nationwide distribution network.
How long does it take to become a customer?×
Yes. Danske Fragtmænd has its own Consignor installation which means that we can offer setup for the external carriers with whom you have an agreement. We also create access to Consignor's web portal. Setup in Consignor is part of the inventory agreement.
Your warehouse hotel is basically ready for occupancy after five days. However, size and desire for integration can prolong the set-up.
