Invoice errors

If you have found an error in your invoice, please complete and submit the form below. You can expect to receive an answer within 2-4 weekdays.

Your customer number is usually your phone number. You can find your customer number in the top left corner of your invoice.
You can find your invoice number in the top right corner of your invoice just above the date.
You can find your consignment note number in the column to the left on the specification on your invoice.
