Last night, the government further intensified the Corona Guidelines and closed all shopping centres, department stores and retail shops of more than 5,000 square metres. This leaves us in a difficult situation because we are in the middle of the Christmas trade and have a lot of goods that will consequently become stranded at our terminals.

Today, we will try to deliver as many goods to shops and shopping centres as possible. Goods that we cannot deliver will be returned to the sender, as we do not have the capacity to store the large quantities of goods at our terminals.

As we expect our phones in customer service to be under a great deal of pressure, we would like to make you aware that we will not be able to respond to enquiries regarding the delivery status of goods. We ask you to kindly use our self-service solution.
