From 1 January 2023, our customers shall use our new online complaints system

As you may have already noticed, the auto-reply to our complaints email over the last month has pointed out that from the end of the year, you will need to use our new online complaints system, WebSkade, for future complaints. In addition to creating a complaint, you can also view the status of any pending cases submitted via WebSkade.

The reason for the new system is to ensure you, as a customer, get your complaints processed faster.
