Status on Operations

Dear customer,

Our drivers and terminals have been working hard overnight, and we have successfully transported the majority of shipments to our terminals. We are now working on delivering the shipments. Unfortunately, our drivers are facing significant challenges at many of our receivers' locations where snow has not been cleared yet. If the snow has not been cleared, we are required to take the goods back to the terminal. As the sender, you will need to subsequently book a re-delivery to the receiver, as usual.

We apologize again for the challenges caused by the weather. We are doing our best to ensure that the shipments reach their destination as quickly as possible.
